Now here's a fantastic example of an exemplorary #customerexperience ... we recently switched energy suppliers to Octopus Energy and, as a token of their appreciation, sent my wife, Dee, a bunch of flowers for Mother's day!
#CX (Customer Experience)isn't only about ensuring existing customers are happy during the course of everyday business but is also about showing appreciation which could be a simple message of thanks or, in the case of Octopus Energy, a more visual thank you... a bunch of flowers.
