Fantastic Example of Customer Experience from Octopus Energy
Now here's a fantastic example of an exemplorary #customerexperience ... we recently switched energy suppliers to Octopus Energy and, as a token of their appreciation, sent my wife, Dee, a bunch of flowers for Mother's day!
